Living as if the world out there were somehow separate from us opens the door to the belief system of judgement and the chemical expressions of that judgment in our bodies. Thus we tend to see our world in terms of good germs and bad germs, and use words such as toxins and waste to describe the by-products of the very functions that give us life. It is in such a world that our bodies may become a combat zone for forces at odds with one another, creating the biological battlegrounds that play out as illness and disease.

The holistic perspective of the Essenes sees all facets of our bodies as elements of one sacred and divine force moving through creation. Each is an expression of God. In a world where all that we may know and experience originates from such a unified source, bacteria, germs, and the by-products of our bodies work together to imbue our bodies with strength and life. This view invites us to redefine the tears, perspiration, blood, and products of digestion that we have known as waste as sacred elements of the earth that have served us, rather than abhorrent by-products that must be eliminated, discarded, and destroyed.

Life begins with the process of star formation.   We are made of stardust - and so is all life as we know it, and therefore children of stars.  All the chemical elements on earth except hydrogen - including the ones in our bodies - have been processed inside stars, scattered across the universe in great stellar explosions, and recycled to become new stars, planets, and parts of us.  Elements are "cooked" by nuclear fusion inside stars.  Supernovae are great stellar explosions in which the resulting ash is spread far and wide through the cosmos, forming new generation of stars, planets, and people. 

We are told Biblically, and from other sources, that we are one with God and therefore God is within us. If this is true, why does man seek God everywhere but within himself? Now if man seeks God externally, could it not be for the same reason he seeks reasons for his illnesses and maladies by blaming external forces? If there is any truth in this it can be easily imagined why he also seeks external methods for dealing with them.

In the past (and even today) it was believed that man's illnesses were caused by evil forces (call them what you will) and ways were sought to exorcise these evil forces from the mind, or body. When Pasteur discovered the germ theory, he recreated the same situation in a more modern, scientifically acceptable form. Instead of blaming the evil forces, the blame was laid at the feet of the germ theory and the exorcism was done on parts of the body, as if the ‘diseased' part was ‘evil' and had to be removed, as it is in mastectomy. Pasteur is reputed himself to have seen his error in later years and realized that it was the soil that was important, not the seed (germs). In simple terms, germs and viruses only become dangerous when the soil we have created for them is suitable for them to do their supposed ‘evil' works.

Now if the body is created in His image, then surely it is self-healing, having its own medicine.

We have come to restore women to full power and beauty, to bring the world into balance.  Power is beauty, beauty is power.  It is not power over or power in order to but being 100% oneself, and living in the truth of who you are.  Since beauty is the outward manifestation of one's essence, every being is beautiful when expressing this essence.   Turn your awareness toward the source of power that lies within you.  When you begin to seek inside yourselves, you will find that power and beauty do go together.

Feminine power is a fearsome thing.  Fierce.  Dignity has to do with the sacredness of the being that you are.  Grow into your Spirit.  Know your body.  Your body is your compass.  Both physical and emotional feelings are registered in the body.  There is wholeness, a grounded-ness in this way of perceiving that is more reliable than the mind.  You will FEEL the truth.  Trust the FEELING.   Step into the Light and own the verticality of this power.  When you walk tall, the Divine is in you.  The alignment of your spine will bring in the Divine - always.  Stand tall, sit tall, be the light that you are, and whenever you doubt, stand tall.

Single cells analyze thousands of stimuli from the microenvironment they inhabit. The more awareness an organism has of its environment, the better its chances for survival. When cells band together they increase their awareness exponentially. Division of labor among the cells in the community offers an additional survival advantage. The efficiency it enables more cells to live on less. Evolution is based on an instructive, cooperative interaction among organisms and their environment enables life forms to survive and evolve in a dynamic world

Thousands of dead fish were scattered throughout the shoreline as far as the eye could see. Not knowing what we could do, yet in our hearts aching with an uncontrollable desire to do something, we prayed inwardly. Feeling guided each in our own way, we went about a very simple process. We offered some waters from sacred sites throughout the world and played some of the sound frequencies we had used in the pollution clearing programs in different cities. I returned three months later and discovered to my utter amazement that a tremendous change had taken place. The water became transparent, birds were in the water, the horrible septic smell was totally gone, and butterflies were dancing in the breeze!

Could oxygen be the most important anti-carcinogen known to modern man? Two time winning Nobel Prize Laureate Dr. Otto Warburg proved that cancer cells live by fermentation. They are anaerobic and, therefore, can only proliferate where cells are getting little or no oxygen. Their degenerative nature influences the cells around them as well. Dr. Warburg stated that if you deprive a cell of 60% of its oxygen, it will turn cancerous. This discovery has been instrumental in recent treatments for cancer and other incurables. A cost-effective approach is establishing a habit of full, open breathing. In addition to the benefits of increased oxygen levels in the blood, more endorphins, adrenaline, neuropeptides, and insulin, other beneficial chemicals are released into our system as well. This results in elevated mental clarity and emotional states. Full diaphragmatic breathing also activates the area of the lungs where the highest concentration of alveoli wait for oxygen.

Throughout our lives, we exist mostly as water. This connection to water applies to everyone, all over the world. So how can people live happy and healthy lives? The answer is to purify the water that makes up your body. Water in a river remains pure because it is moving. When water becomes trapped, it dies. Therefore, water must constantly be circulated. The water - or blood - in the bodies of the sick is usually stagnant. When blood stops flowing, the body starts to decay, and if the blood in your brain stops, it can be life threatening.  We all have an important mission:  To make water clear again, and to create a world that is easy and healthy to live in.  In order to accomplish our mission, we must first make sure that our hearts are clear and unpolluted.  If all the people of the world can have love and gratitude, the pristine beauty of the earth will once again return.

The World is sacred. It can't be improved. The Master sees things as they are without trying to control them. Be content with what you have; rejoice in the way things are. When you realize there is nothing lacking, the whole world belongs to you.

In the late 1980s, the effect of mass prayer and meditation was documented through studies in major cities where the occurrence of violent crime decreased measurably in the presence of continuous peace vigils held by those trained for the purpose. The studies eliminated the possibility of coincidence stemming from natural cycles, changes in social policy, or law enforcement. While a state of calm and peace was created within the study groups, the effects of their efforts were felt beyond the boundaries of the walls and buildings that they occupied. The call of thousands of hearts and minds to honor the sacredness of life became a single, unified choice echoing a simple message: peace in all worlds, in all nations, for all life. The power of human consciousness as it rearranged the building blocks of events that were already in motion. Rather than scattered pleas from individuals asking for divine intervention in a situation that appeared to be inevitable, the synchronized choice of many people, coordinated through the miracle of the Internet, slipped between the veils of quantum possibilities into an outcome affirming life through peace.
